These are short on purpose. Bossless is a tool that works on top of your own SoundBetter account, so most of what matters is about who is responsible for what.

What Bossless does

Bossless connects to your SoundBetter account, reads your conversations, learns your pricing and sales patterns, and drafts replies for you to review. It is a tool you use to work faster, not a service that runs your business for you.

No guarantees about SoundBetter

Bossless depends on SoundBetter working the way it does today. SoundBetter can change its site or its policies, or go down, at any time, and we have no control over that. We don’t guarantee SoundBetter will keep working or stay unchanged, and we aren’t responsible for anything that goes wrong on SoundBetter’s end.

Bossless is provided as-is, with no warranty of any kind.

You’re responsible for what you send

Bossless can draft a reply, but you decide what actually goes out. You are responsible for every message sent from your account, whether or not Bossless drafted it.

We never send anything without your click

Bossless will never post a message, a proposal, or anything else to SoundBetter on your behalf automatically. Every send requires you to click Send yourself.

Stopping use

You can stop using Bossless at any time: disconnect your SoundBetter login and stop using the extension. There is currently no self-serve way to delete your stored data. Email us and we’ll take care of it, see Contact below.
